Perhaps you’re religious, well- educated, a pillar of the community. Or you may be completely different; no scholar and you wouldn’t claim to be a particularly good person. Whatever the case, Jesus says the same thing to you: ‘You must be born again.’ For, as he says to Nicodemus, ‘… no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.’ (John 3:3)

You are different, so be different, to make a difference.
A church full of people who hope in their future with Christ, who strive to be holy, and who deeply reverence God stands out in a world of despair, indulgence, and irreverence. People around will notice that difference. Some may hate it but others may be drawn by it. Our lives can become a beacon that points people to Jesus. You are different because of God’s grace – so be different, to make a gospel difference in the lives of others.
The Church’s one foundation
This lovely hymn was written as a form of instruction of the Apostles Creed.
On the subject of grace
Grace is free but it is also costly. Jesus holds out the promise of forgiveness, on an inconceivable scale. A kingdom of the forgiven, is a kingdom of the forgiving. What a witness to the world that will be for what Jesus has done in our lives.
Great is Thy Faithfulness
Whatever challenges, trials or disappointments we might face, this hymn reminds us that God’s promises are true.
I can only imagine
Isn’t it wonderful to know that one day we will be reunited with our loved ones who have died trusting in Christ.
Lead, kindly light
Maybe you’re feeling frustrated, unable to see the way ahead, the ‘distant scene’. Perhaps we need to trust that our Saviour knows the way, and can light our path, one step at a time.
There is a balm in Gilead
Despite whatever circumstances we face, Jesus can heal our wounds and make us whole.
O love that wilt not let me go
God’s love will not let us go; His light will guide us and His joy will seek us.
It is well with my soul
It seems that many of our well-loved hymns are composed out of loss or despair…
